Max Schultheis is a renowned real estate expert with over 35 years of international professional experience, specialising in the consultancy and management of complex real estate projects. After completing his studies in architecture, he worked as an architect in London, Australia, Berlin, and Düsseldorf, contributing to numerous international projects with renowned architectural firms such as Henning Larsen, Christoph Ingenhoven, David Chipperfield, Steven Holl, Renzo Piano and others.

As Technical Director and Head of Business Development at AECOM (formerly URS) and STRABAG, as well as Head of Client Solutions and City Lead for Düsseldorf & Rhein-Ruhr at CBRE, he managed advisory services for major real estate transactions, business development, and the implementation of integrated services for developers, investors and global industrial clients such as Siemens, Volkswagen and ZF.

Today, he works as an independent Real Estate Consultant, bringing together experts from engineering, economics, and marketing to drive the success of complex real estate projects.  Alongside his extensive international experience, he is deeply rooted in the Rhine-Ruhr region. Since 2006, he has been organising the highly regarded quarterly Interdisciplinary Real Estate Forum Rhine-Ruhr.
